1. delivery

The costs for packaging and postage are shown separately with the order and will be invoiced to the purchaser. The postage costs are based on the Deutsche Post parcel rates.

The place of fulfilment for deliveries is 64342 Seeheim-Jugenheim. The transport risk is transferred to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the post office or parcel service, to the forwarding agent or carrier, but at the latest when the goods leave the company premises.

2. delivery dates

Specific delivery dates are not agreed. Specified delivery times are for guidance only. The customer is obliged to accept the delivered goods.

If the supplier is unable to fulfil its delivery obligations due to operational disruptions, labour shortages, strikes, failure to supply its own suppliers, fire damage, armed conflicts, official decrees, significant changes in exchange rates or as a result of force majeure, it shall be released from its obligation to perform.

The buyer can only derive a claim for damages from late or delayed delivery if the supplier can be accused of intent or gross negligence. If the supplier is obliged to pay damages, the amount of liability shall be limited to the net invoice value. Lost profits, consequential damages and damages to third parties shall not be compensated.

3. terms of delivery

If the ordered goods are not available, PaperCandy reserves the right not to provide the service. Unavailable items are marked in the system as ‘not available’, as a registered customer you will be notified when the product is back in stock. A claim for damages due to unavailable items cannot be asserted against PaperCandy e.K..

PaperCandy e.K. cannot be held responsible for non-fulfilment or late fulfilment of the contract in the event of force majeure or inability to deliver on the part of our supplier and/or service provider.

PaperCandy e.K. cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or late delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
